Do I need to provide anything for the session?
Nope—I bring everything needed, including the massage table, linens, and equipment. All you need is a quiet space to relax.
What types of pain or conditions can you help with?
I specialize in chronic pain, muscle stiffness, poor posture, and mobility issues—especially for adults 40+ and seniors 60+.
How long is each session?
Sessions can last 1 to 3 hrs, depending on your needs and treatment plan.
What should I wear or expect during a session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. We’ll walk you through every step and ensure you’re fully comfortable and supported.

Absolutely. I have over 25 years of experience and tailors each session to the client’s age, needs, and medical history for safe, effective care.
